Completed Artwork + Goods: We do our very best to make sure that the advertised artwork is represented accurately for your viewing and approval. In the occasion that the artwork does not satisfy, you have 14 business days from receipt of artwork to contact us for an exchange in either store credit or artwork of equal or lesser value. Due to the nature of art, do not offer refunds unless there are unforeseen damages. If the item arrives damaged outside of our control, we will try to work with you towards a solution. Exchanges: In the occasion of an exchange, we will provide you with a free shipping label as long as you use the original packaging that it was shipped with. Shipping rates may change with any deviation in size or weight, so the shipping label supplied will reflect the original shipping specifications (size, weight) so no additional costs incur. If you do change the packaging, you are responsible for the difference.
Commissions: Snow invests fully in each and every piece of artwork that he does. There are no refunds or exchanges on commissions. All sales are final.
Etiquette: Each and every artist has their own unique lens, vision, stroke, and style that comes alive onto paper, a canvas, etc. What makes Snow valuable is his dedication to the integrity of his own craft. Please keep in mind that to request that an artist replicates another artist's style is to compromise this integrity. As his artistic lens is clearly portrayed through the images and thoughtful verbiage that is shared, ordering a commissioned piece is to consent to his artistic vision in collaboration with your request.
