Shipping policy

Order Processing: Order processing times are dependent on the order type. For completed artwork or physical goods, please allow 2-3 days to process your order. For private commissions, order processing can range from 5-30 days, depending on size, materials, and detail.

International Shipping: At this time, International Shipping is not available. If you live internationally and have any specific requests, please send us an email at artofsnowone@gmail.com.

Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS. We utilize USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) in order to keep costs low and timely for you and USPS Priority (1-3 business days) as an option for those who desire to receive their artwork/goods a day or two earlier. 

Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is calculated based on your zone in relation to our location. This cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Exchanges: In the occasion that an exchange is to be made, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
